The Promo Banner component primarily consist of a image adjacent to a text block wrapped in a link
the text block consist of
Header Text: this serves as a section header (H2) within the text block
Subtext (optional): additional text underneath the Header Text
Button Text: Appears underneath the header and subtext.
Text Block on Right Side: You may choose for the text block to appear to the right or the left of the image
Link URL: The link wraps the entire Promo Banner component. For this reason, the button is just for aesthetics since the whole banner is clickable.
Link URL Target:
"_self" is default an opens the link within the same window navigating the user away from the current page
"_blank" the ability to open the link open in a new tab or browser window keeping the current page open as well
